Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition

The Role: 

We are looking for a driven and experienced Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist to support hiring activities in Taiwan. Based in Luzhu, Kaohsiung, this role will focus on executing end-to-end recruitment, partnering closely with Hiring Managers and HR, and contributing to high-quality hiring outcomes and talent acquisition initiatives. 

In this role you will: 

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across Taiwan, with a focus on roles based in Southern Taiwan 

• Execute candidate sourcing strategies, including proactive sourcing and talent pipeline development 

• Conduct candidate screening, interviewing, and offer coordination to ensure a smooth hiring process 

• Partner closely with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to understand hiring needs and provide recruiting support 

• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal recruitment processes and policies 

• Deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle 

• Support employer branding activities, campus hiring, and job fairs 

• Participate in TA projects and process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency 

Traits we believe make a strong candidate: 

• At least 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong full-cycle recruiting experience 

• Experience in technology, semiconductor, or manufacturing industries is a plus 

• Strong sourcing capability, with ability to engage passive candidates 

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment 

• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with strong execution skills 

• Team player with a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset 

• Comfortable working independently while contributing to broader TA team goals 

• Good English communication skills
