Senior Specialist Supply chain Planning (Production Program)

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Act as interface between Divisions and FE sites for Allocation and Supply Chain topics in the short term planning horizon
• Bridge short term planning (DM) and FE volume planning process (VRFC) and ensure data transfer
• Coordinate; moderate and drive assessments in weekly alignment meetings with the FE site Production Logistics Planners and Division counter parts
• Implementation of allocation decisions in case of production bottlenecks
• Support further improvement of capacity modelling in planning tool (DM)
• Align supply chain related special topics such as pre-production, production relocation and capacity trades
• Support ad hoc requests from Divisions and Management
• Customize existing and / or design and implement new reports and dashboards and support next steps of digitalization and automation
• Participate in projects in the area of supply chain processes / tools and change management

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree in engineering, informatics, business administration, or comparable
• Between 3-5 years relevant experience in supply chain management, ideally in semiconductor industry
• Knowledge in VBA, programming and data analysis would be a plus
• Good knowledge in Data visualization with Tableau or Power BI
• Strong analytical skills, the ability to solve complex topics, the flexibility to adapt to new situations and the motivation to go the extra mile
• Team spirit, a creative and respectful way of working with others in an intercultural environment
• Excellent communication skills
