Senior Specialist - Reporting Platform Operations Support

Provide second-level support in reporting platform operations: Tableau, Analysis for Office and etc.

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Provide second-level support in reporting platform operations: Tableau, Analysis for Office and etc.
• Support in platform maintenance activities, e.g., server migration, platform version upgrade, platform health check, etc.
• Prepare documentation for BIA solutions and platforms.
• Conduct Tableau sharing for users whenever necessary and offer consultations to Tableau users.
• Work collaboratively with business owners to assist in the development of Tableau reports.
• Support on a global basis and work closely with team members in other regions.
• Define, design, and enhance business intelligence solutions.
• Able to work on AP and EU business hours on a case-by-case basis.
• Able to work on call standby on weekdays and weekends for critical operations support.

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology.
• Knowledge of Tableau Desktop and Tableau Prep.
• Strong in analytical troubleshooting skills and problem-solving skills.
• Experienced in providing operations support & ticketing tracking system.
• Understanding of Data Warehousing / ETL techniques and SQL programming.
• Good communication skills and a proactive team player.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
