Position Summary
The IT Infrastructure Engineer will support the IT Infrastructure technology required to start-up the Cell Therapy Facility for BMS in Leiden.
Besides in-depth knowledge and experience with IT Infrastructure, the candidate must possess excellent communication skills, strong can-do attitude, flexibility, helicopter view and must be savvy working with both technology and business partners across the international organization.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- IT Infrastructure troubleshooting including Network, Servers, HMIs, Printers, Scanners, Switches, Firewall rules, Domains, etc.
- Responsible for the IT Life Cycle Management (LCM) program as well as the roadmap for all the above listed IT Infrastructure.
- Be the CTF IT Cybersecurity Point Of Contact (POC) and own the system patching effort for various local IT systems.
- Monitor, track and reduce ServiceNow tickets related to IT Shared Services.
- Manage spares and inventory for IT Infrastructure.
- Accountable for uninterrupted 24/7 operation of manufacturing systems for CAR-T manufacturing.
- Responsible for creating SOP, WI and qualification of the equipment’s and the documentation.
- Responsible to manage the shared computers in the Clean Room Area.
Knowledge, Experience and Skills:
- 5 + years of experience as an Infrastructure Engineer.
- Knowledge of process automation system is beneficial
- Core competencies include, communication skills, problem-solving, flexibility to react to changing business needs, ability to meet deadlines and a commitment to self-development
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work independently and within cross functional teams
- Installation and maintenance of the Hardware like label Printers, Scanners, and IT peripherals
- Knowledge of Desktop installation and support.
- Basic Knowledge on servers, data center, firewalls, Network.
- Basic knowledge on the Lab systems.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow, CMDB.
