The Senior Solution Consultant will support complex pre-sales initiatives by designing proof-of-concept solutions that address critical business challenges.

Working closely with sales, product, engineering, and enablement teams, you will influence solution strategy and product evolution.

Accountabilities:

The Senior Solution Consultant will serve as a technical and functional expert during the pre-sales process, creating tailored proof-of-concept solutions and leveraging AI-driven approaches to improve customer outcomes and internal efficiency.

• Design and deliver proof-of-concept solutions that address complex customer requirements and demonstrate platform capabilities.
• Apply AI technologies and automation approaches to accelerate solution delivery, optimize workflows, and improve team productivity.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor for go-to-market teams throughout the sales cycle, helping translate business needs into effective solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, product management, engineering, enablement, and demonstration teams to ensure successful proof-of-concept delivery.
• Capture customer feedback and proof-of-concept insights to support product improvements and roadmap development.
• Build, maintain, and enhance technical assets to improve scalability, consistency, and efficiency across solution engagements.
• Lead technical conversations with stakeholders and simplify complex concepts for both technical and business audiences.
• Travel occasionally for internal and external meetings, approximately 5–6 times per year.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate combines enterprise software consulting experience, technical development capabilities, and a strong interest in artificial intelligence. This professional should be comfortable working with customers, designing solutions, and applying modern technologies to solve business challenges.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in corporate performance management (CPM), technical pre-sales, consulting, or similar roles.
• Experience using AI solutions, including large language models and AI-enabled tools, to improve processes and develop workflow solutions.
• Familiarity with creating AI workflow configurations, skill files, or applications that improve operational efficiency.
• Experience designing, building, and deploying applications or technical solutions.
• Strong understanding of CPM concepts, including consolidation, planning, reporting, data integration, and visualization.
• Experience with data analytics, financial modeling, data transformation, and business intelligence concepts.
• Ability to develop or understand applications using technologies such as JavaScript frameworks, SQL, XML, VBA, VB.NET, or C# is preferred.
• Strong database knowledge, including SQL scripts and functions.
• Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, proactive, collaborative, and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Experience with enterprise finance solutions or similar platforms is a plus.
