Senior Solution Architect (.NET / AI)

Own the architecture — and the AI capability that goes into it.

This is a hands-on solution architecture role leading the design, modernization, and evolution of enterprise-scale SaaS platforms. You own end-to-end architecture, technical leadership across multiple teams, and the adoption of AI-driven capability inside real products.

PrismHR is the HR, payroll, and benefits platform used by employer-services organizations across the United States, backed by Vensure Employer Solutions. The AI work here is not a lab exercise — it is document intelligence, automation, and insight inside a platform that handles sensitive employee data, which makes responsible AI, security, and compliance part of the architecture rather than an afterthought.

You will own solution architecture for cloud-native .NET applications, lead architecture reviews and modernization initiatives, drive microservices, API-first, and event-driven design, guide deployment strategy, observability, performance tuning, and production readiness, and mentor engineering teams across locations. You will collaborate directly with product, QA, DevOps, and client stakeholders.

You will need:

• 12–15 years overall, including 3–5+ years as a Solution or Technical Architect
• C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Web API, MVC
• Microservices, REST APIs, distributed asynchronous design patterns
• SQL Server, including performance tuning
• Azure, Azure DevOps, CI/CD
• React and JavaScript at working knowledge level
• Hands-on experience designing and integrating AI or GenAI capability into .NET applications, including responsible AI, security, and compliance
• Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms, and a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a related field

The schedule: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday. Not a night shift — your final hours overlap the start of the US East Coast working day, which is when architecture and stakeholder conversations happen. Your mornings are your own.
