Senior Software Engineer (.NET)

We are seeking Senior Software Engineers with deep expertise in .NET and C# to lead the design and development of mission-critical systems across client domain. You will play a key role in shaping technical strategy, driving architectural decisions within a high-performing team.

You will be:

Leading the end-to-end delivery of complex software solutions, from requirements gathering and architecture design to development, testing, and production deployment
Owning and driving long-term technical initiatives and architectural improvements across systems
Collaborating closely with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals
Championing engineering best practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and scalable design patterns
Conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance to peers and junior engineers
Proactively identifying and reducing technical debt, improving system resilience, and optimizing performance
Leading incident response and root cause analysis for production issues
Balancing multiple priorities at once, new features, production issues, support requests, and releases;
Operating day-to-day within the project tools, codebase, infrastructure, and processes as part of the project team. 

You will need:

• 5-7+ years of professional experience in software engineering with C# and .NET
• Proven experience in architectural design, system scalability, and distributed systems;
• Financial services background would be considered as advantage; 
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning;
• Ability to balance delivery of business value with long-term technical strategy;
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive consensus;
• Strong advocate for collaborative development practices and continuous improvement;
• Ability to work independently and drive things forward; 
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.

Nice to have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure or AWS) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
