About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Software Engineer to join our Engineering Department and lead the development of job board integration features. What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable integrations with multiple job board platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze integration requirements.
• Lead the development of APIs and data pipelines to ensure seamless connectivity between platforms.
• Optimize system performance and ensure high reliability for all integration features.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and team members.
• Actively participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and uphold best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to integration failures or performance bottlenecks.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in software engineering and job board platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a focus on integrating systems or APIs.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js.
• Comprehensive knowledge of RESTful APIs, web services, and data exchange formats such as JSON or XML.
• Experience working with job boards, applicant tracking systems, or recruitment platforms is a major plus.
• Proven ability to design and build scalable and maintainable software solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and version control systems like Git.
