Senior Software Engineer

Management Level

We are looking for a Senior Engineer with deep technical expertise, architectural leadership, and extensive experience building scalable, high‑quality software platforms. In this role, you will drive end‑to‑end technical strategy across the full development lifecycle—architecture, design, development, testing, and delivery—while guiding teams, mentoring engineers, and influencing engineering excellence across the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Architect, design, develop, test, and deliver high‑quality, enterprise‑grade software solutions.
• Lead architecture discussions, drive design decisions, review complex code, and influence engineering processes.
• Work across the full stack using advanced engineering tools, patterns, and modern development practices.
• Troubleshoot highly complex, system‑level issues and drive permanent, scalable, long‑term fixes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional leaders to align technical direction with business and customer needs.
• Drive continuous improvement, foster innovation, and evaluate/adopt emerging technologies to enhance platform capabilities.

What You Bring

• Extensive experience building and scaling SaaS or product-based applications.
• Expert skills in .NET Core, C#, Web API, REST/WCF, SQL Server, and modern web development technologies.
• Strong architectural expertise with Microservices, distributed systems, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
• Deep hands-on experience with ORMs, dependency injection, testing frameworks, secure coding practices, and performance engineering.
• Ability to lead complex technical initiatives, solve hard engineering problems, and mentor engineers across multiple teams.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to influence, collaborate, and drive engineering excellence.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the Financial Services domain.
• Exposure to enterprise CMS platforms (Umbraco, SharePoint).
• Knowledge of identity and access technologies (OAuth, Okta, ADFS, Identity Server).

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering / computer science (required).
• Significant experience working in Agile product engineering teams, leading architecture and technical strategy.
