Senior Software Engineer

About Role

We are looking for a highly motivated individual that can help us solve interesting and complex problems for our clients. You will be working closely with product and engineering teams based out of the USA, Europe, and India to build proof-of-concepts, validate strategic architecture decisions, and develop modern and scalable solutions. We firmly believe that your success is our success, and we are willing to take a stake in that.

Key Responsibilities

• 4-8 years of total experience with at least 3+ years of working experience in Java, Spring framework, Spring boot, and JPA.

• Design, develop, modify, implement, and support software components anywhere in the software stack.

• Determine root cause for the most complex software issues and develop practical, efficient, and permanent technical solutions.

• Participate in code reviews .

• Work closely with architect or senior engineers on the low-level designs.

• Assist in task planning, estimation, scheduling .

• Remain current on new technologies and make recommendations, as necessary.

• Understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, generative AI, or intelligent automation frameworks

Key Requirements
• Working knowledge of Relational DBs (MySQL/PostgreSQL) & NoSQL DBs (MongoDB).

• Knowledge of build tools like Maven. (Gradle will be nice to have).

• API based platform development experience.

• Basic knowledge of any cloud platform (AWS) (Azure/GCE will be nice to have).

• Strong experience in SQL and in-depth knowledge of data structures.

• Strong communication skills and willingness to take initiative to contribute beyond basic responsibilities.

• Some recent and successful experience in a properly functioning agile team would be extremely advantageous.

• Familiarity with Document, Time Series & Graph DBs is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI integrations, vector databases, or orchestration frameworks.
  
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, or event-driven systems.
  
• Familiarity with OpenSearch/Elasticsearch, messaging systems, or workflow engines
