Senior Social Media Executive - Accounts

Chain Reaction is looking for a Senior Social Media Executive to support the planning, execution, and optimization of client social media programs. This role works closely with the Account Managers and acts as a daily liaison between the agency and assigned clients.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in social media execution, preferably within an agency.
• Strong understanding of social media channels, analytics, and content formats.
• Excellent Arabic and English written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and deadline management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities :

• Support the Senior Account Manager in executing social media strategies across multiple clients.
• Act as a day-to-day contact for clients regarding social media updates, deliverables, and coordination.
• Develop, schedule, and publish content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc.).
• Coordinate with creative, design, and media teams to ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Monitor channel performance, trends, and competitor activity to provide actionable insights.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear analysis and optimization recommendations.
• Ensure content quality, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Stay updated on platform changes, industry trends, and best practices.
