Senior, Service Operations Engineer (ACMV/HVAC/North)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage service operations within the Air Conditioning, Mechanical Ventilation, and HVAC industry.
• Oversee the day-to-day service operations, including maintenance, repair, and installation.
• Manage a team of technicians and ensure efficient and timely service delivery.
• Develop and implement service strategies to meet customer satisfaction and business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with customers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the service team and customers.
• Handle customer escalations and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in ACMV/HVAC systems.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in service operations within the ACMV/HVAC industry.
• Strong knowledge of ACMV/HVAC systems and equipment.
• Experience in managing a team of technicians.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Valid driver's license.
