Job Responsibilities:

The Senior SEO Manager at Welocalize is a strategic leader responsible for driving the success of SEO initiatives across a global client base. This role oversees the planning, execution, and optimisation of high-impact SEO strategies, combining technical expertise with a deep understanding of content, search behaviour, and performance metrics. The Senior SEO Manager leads cross-functional collaboration, mentors team members, and plays a key role in shaping client relationships.

• Serve as the primary SEO contact on client accounts, leading calls and strategic discussions.
• Support senior team members with strategy development for larger customers, and lead strategy development for smaller customers within the team.
• Work towards becoming a trusted advisor to clients through day-to-day communications and account management.
• Oversee the recruitment, development, and performance of the SEO team.
• Manage budgets and resources for SEO projects.
• Lead large-scale SEO initiatives across multiple platforms and markets.
• Influence and collaborate with senior leadership to integrate SEO into broader marketing strategies.
• Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Drive measurable business outcomes through effective SEO strategies.
• Represent the company at industry events and forums.
• Ensure SEO efforts are aligned with the company's brand and marketing objectives.

Additional Job Details:

• As a guide 5 years+  experience in SEO.
• Deep understanding of web analytics, SEO best practices, and algorithm changes.
• Experience with advanced SEO tools and platforms.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Experience in leading global SEO strategies across multiple markets.
