Senior Sales

A leading Company in Printing is seeking for Senior Sales professional to join their dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored sales solutions. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets, contributing to the strategic development of the sales function, and mentoring junior sales staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed company sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with marketing and product development.
• Coach and mentor junior sales team members to enhance their performance.
• Track sales metrics and prepare reports for senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a relevant industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Relevant experience in office equipment, printing, etc.
