Senior Retail Sales Specialist

We’re rethinking homes for how people really live, and we’re looking for a Senior Sales Specialist to join our Brisbane Showroom team to help shape the future of living—one thoughtful detail at a time.

What you’ll be doing:

• Engage customers in a friendly and approachable manner, creating a positive first impression of our brand.
• Listen actively to customers' preferences and requirements, providing recommendations and solutions.
• Actively contribute to and take ownership of store sales targets, converting walk-in traffic and following through on sales leads.
• Recommend design-focused solutions tailored to customers’ requirements (style of home décor desired, floor plan, etc.).
• Facilitate Interior Styling appointments (in-person and virtual) using Magic3D, including creating and presenting styling packs to clients
• Build and nurture customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction are met.
• Assist in store operational excellence by ensuring general showroom maintenance, receiving / issuing stocks, and monthly high accuracy stock take.
• Perform other roles within the store such as maintaining visual standards, assisting team members, or performing operational tasks on the sales floor.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture, home décor, or related industries.
• Proven track record of customer centricity and possess strong people skills (approachable, good listener, and empathetic).
• Exposure to interior styling, with the confidence to recommend design solutions based on floor plans and home décor preferences.
• Comfortable learning and using sales and operational tools to enhance the customer experience and support showroom activities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Commitment in giving and receiving feedback – you feel there is always more to learn and are open to feedback on your performance.
• Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent team player.
• Stay relevant and updated with furniture and consumer trends, ready to apply your learning in customer interactions.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.

• Contract Type: Full-time, 6-month fixed-term contract, with the opportunity for renewal
