Senior Reliability Test Technician (f/m/d)*

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Reliability Test Technician to join our team in the Reliability Product Testing Laboratory. As a senior technician, you will play a key role in ensuring high equipment uptime and overall equipment efficiency, while also supporting lab assistants in their daily activities

We are seeking a Senior Reliability Test Technician to join our team in the Reliability Product Testing Laboratory. As a senior technician, you will be responsible for ensuring high equipment uptime and overall equipment efficiency through daily maintenance and service activities. You will also support lab assistants in their daily activities, contribute to in-house and external calibration activities, and troubleshoot device failures to drive innovation and enhance stress test flows or hardware set-up.
 In your new role you will:

• Support lab assistants in their daily activities
• Regularly check machines and perform maintenance and repairs for minimum downtime
• Contribute to in-house and external calibration activities for lab equipment
• Strive to solve all technical issues and show evidence for effectiveness
• Troubleshoot device failures and drive innovation to enhance stress test flows or hardware set-up if required
• Document reliability stress test procedures and equipment related activities

 You are a detail-oriented and systematic thinker with a strong quality mindset. You have a good understanding of equipment operation and maintenance concepts, and you're able to work effectively in a team environment. You're also a good communicator and have a strong ability to work with others to achieve common goals.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Education in a technical field (secondary education level of electrical field, electrician, high-power electrotechnician preferred)
• Experience in soldering and building basic test circuits
• Understanding of equipment operation and maintenance concepts
• Good systemic thinking
• Strong quality mindset
• Good team worker
• Entry knowledge of power electronics' semiconductors
• Basic English and/or German language speaking
