The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Auckland team. In this role, you’ll lead end-to-end recruitment solutions within your practice area, delivering exceptional outcomes for clients and candidates alike. You’ll build new business, nurture client partnerships, and identify high-calibre talent to meet market demand. This is a role for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, consultative environment and is motivated by results, relationships, and career progression.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow your client portfolio through strategic business development.

• Build and manage a robust candidate pipeline across your specialisation.

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to placement.

• Provide consultative advice to clients on hiring needs, salary trends, and talent strategies.

• Deliver exceptional candidate and client experiences that reflect our values.

• Monitor and share insights on market trends and industry developments.

• Engage in internal events, CSR initiatives, and networking opportunities.

About You

You’re a confident 360-degree recruiter or B2B sales professional with at least 3-years of experience. You’re consultative, adaptable, and commercially astute. You value collaboration, love solving problems, and take pride in delivering high-quality outcomes. What sets you apart:
