Senior Real Time Analyst

The company is reimagining traditional off-price with a digitally-native model focused on customer experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Real time monitoring of Agent staffing and Service Levels
• Intraday reporting – hourly and day end
• Route cause analysis to determine and quantify reasons for forecast variance and recommend changes to enhance forecast accuracy and Agent utilization
• Flagging off any abnormality or service failure
• On the day schedule optimization in order to meet desired service levels, and providing feedback to relevant stakeholders of potential impact to service levels
• Accurately tracking all/any movement of headcount. (attrition, new recruits)
• Ensuring that all headcount databases are accurate and aligned (eWFM, Headcount files)
• Real Time shrinkage/adherence management

Desired Candidate Skills

• Very Good Communication skills, both Verbal and Writing
• Minimum 2 years’ experience of working in RTA role
• Well versed with reporting in Ms Excel and Google Sheets
• Should be flexible with night shifts (US)/ all graveyard shifts
• Should be open to Travel to different states as per organizational requirements
