We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team for a prestigious port project in Kuwait. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quantity surveying, cost control, and contract administration for this large-scale infrastructure development.

  • Lead the quantity surveying function for the port project, ensuring accurate measurement and valuation of works
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
  • Supervise and mentor junior quantity surveyors and team members
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on large-scale infrastructure or port projects
  • Proficiency in quantity surveying software
  • Knowledge of marine and port construction techniques
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Willingness to work in Kuwait for the duration of the project
