Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our client, one of the South East's most successful privately owned construction groups, seek an experienced Construction Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Partnership Homes commercial team based out near Caterham, Surrey. They can offer candidates a steady flow of challenging and engaging work, as well as a mapped out career path to take you up to Managing Quantity Surveyor and beyond, if desired.

They are open to candidates with 5+ years Quantity Surveying experience with a main contractor on Design & Build Residential schemes, where sub-contract packages have been let on a Lump sum, All risk basis. They are looking to offer between 60k & 75k + package for the right candidate, experience dependent. Working Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, this role would suit someone who is established at intermediate or Senor level, having sole responsibility for the successful running and financial delivery of their own schemes and deliver schemes from 500k up to £20m in value.
