We are currently recruiting for Senior Quantity Surveyors to work on the behalf of a leading RC Frame contractor based in West London. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor candidate will be working in Building and Groundwork sector and reporting to Commercial Manager/ Project Director. The client is looking to upgrade the previous facilities to increase operation capacity.

Successful senior Quantity surveyor candidate based in head office in west London- Middlesex, however; require to visit more than one sites.

These Quantity Surveyor positions are ideally for permanent, however; contract position also will be considered.

The correct application for this Senior Quantity Surveyor will have the following knowledge and experience;

• Experience with JCT.
• Previous experience with sub-contractors.
• Preferable to have come from previous RC Frame and Groundwork, minimum 7-10 years.
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
• Degree level or equivalent.
• Be able to be an ambassador for the company.
• Solid experience re procurement RC frame, surfacing, drainage would be preferable.

Salary and other benefits;

• Up to £400/day + work related expenses.
