Division: EMEA Quality Assurance – European Centre of Operations

Are you passionate about improving quality and compliance in a global healthcare leader? At Boston Scientific, we are looking for a Senior Quality Specialist to join our dynamic Quality Assurance (QA) team for 6 months contract (Maternity Leave).

In this role, you will act as a key partner in driving quality system excellence, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring patient safety and product quality.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead, maintain, and improve the Global Quality System and Document Management System.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) during internal and external audits.
• Drive cross-functional quality initiatives and lead compliance improvement projects (e.g. VIP, QMP, Lean, 5S).
• Provide guidance and mentoring on quality processes, supporting both internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate on process enhancements, business application roll-outs, and training development.
• Apply structured problem-solving techniques to resolve and prevent quality issues.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality, with a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Strong expertise in Quality Systems, Documentation Control, and Quality Engineering practices.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to drive innovation and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of compliance standards and experience in audit preparation and execution.
