• Lead and deliver store development projects across Retail Europe, ensuring alignment with PUMA’s brand identity and operational standards
• Drive innovation in store design and construction, creating spaces that elevate the consumer experience
• Manage budgets and timelines effectively, balancing speed with quality to meet business objectives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Retail Operations, Marketing, and Global Store Development teams to ensure seamless execution
• Champion sustainability and compliance in all development processes, supporting PUMA’s commitment to responsible retail.

YOUR TALENT

• Proven experience in store development or retail construction management, ideally in a multi-country environment
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle complex timelines and budgets
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, fostering strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail, ensuring high standards in design and execution
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
• Passion for retail and innovation, aligned with PUMA’s  spirit.
