Senior Project Manager, OSAT Program Management

As a Senior Manager in Project Management and Enablement, you will be responsible for driving the initiation and execution of critical projects that align with our organizational goals. You will apply your expertise in project management methodologies to coordinate team formation, objective setting, planning, and execution, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Drive the initiation and execution of key projects for the Back End OSAT organization
• Apply project management methodologies to coordinate team formation, objective setting, planning, and execution
• Organize reporting and meeting structures, providing regular project status updates and escalating critical topics as needed
• Make operational decisions and take full responsibility for achieving project objectives and targets
• Contribute to the definition and execution of strategic initiatives for organizational transformation, process improvement, and supply chain resilience

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial), Physics, Chemistry, or a similar field
• At least 6 years of relevant professional experience, ideally with exposure to semiconductor assembly, process engineering, test engineering, manufacturing operations, and subcontractor management
• In-depth knowledge of project management, with at least 2 years of experience leading cross-functional projects of medium to high complexity
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex challenges and make informed decisions
• Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and engage with senior management
