Senior Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to work with our clients to deliver exceptional projects. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of projects. You will provide project management of internal resources to ensure project delivery. You have a deep understanding of pharmaceutical marketing, exceptional organizational skills, and a relentless commitment to client satisfaction. You will report to the Director, Project Management.

This is a contract role (30 - 40 hours a week), and is open to fully remote candidates in the United States. Candidates must be able to work Eastern time zone hours.

Responsibilities

Project Management: 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and projects.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Work with team leads to proactively plan and manage resourcing
 
Financial Oversight:
• Work with the Director, Operations to manage account budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization while maintaining profitability.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in communications, business, project management or a related field plus 4-8 years of experience in project management at a pharmaceuticals marketing agency
Proven track record of building and managing client relationships, delivering successful marketing solutions in the pharmaceutical industry in scope, on time and on budget. 
Strong understanding of medical, legal and regulatory compliance and MLR submission and approval process in the United States and/or Canada.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in project management systems and tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
