Job description

Be the bridge between customers and delivery, turning strategy into successful outcomes!

Join Objective’s Information Intelligence team, where we empower government and regulated industries to unlock actionable insights and drive transformational outcomes through data-driven solutions. As our Senior Project Manager, you’ll be at the heart of mission-critical projects, ensuring our cloud-based software delivers maximum value and transparency to our customers and their communities.

In this role, you'll champion project delivery across Objective Products, with a focus on our fast-evolving Information Intelligence portfolio. You’ll play a pivotal part in establishing trusted partnerships, shaping long-term engagement strategies, and ensuring our solutions deliver real, measurable impact for customers who depend on us to make informed decisions.

You will report to the Regional Services Director and act as a key influencer, representing both customer and Objective interests, without direct people management responsibility. You’ll collaborate with experts across delivery, sales, and product to create an environment where both our clients and our teams excel.

All applicants must hold a valid NV1 Clearance.

  • Global Practice Contribution - Drive continuous improvement through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and development of best practices, tools, and reusable assets.
  • Bid & Sales Support - Support business growth through proposals, shaping delivery approaches, estimating scope, and contributing to commercial strategy.
  • Utilisation - Maintain a personal billable utilisation target aligned with Regional Services Director expectations.

Your skills, experience and beyond:

  • Strong experience in project and program management, with deep expertise in governance, delivery frameworks, and implementation methodologies. Proven ability to manage timelines, resources, and budgets across multiple projects.
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, system architectures, and emerging technologies, with awareness of industry trends.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with sound knowledge of governance, risk mitigation, project financials, and pricing.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain trusted customer relationships, effectively manage escalations, and identify opportunities to drive growth and value.
If you do not tick every box, do not let that stop you. We value potential, learning agility, coachability and diverse perspectives just as much as experience, and we encourage you to apply.

At Objective, we recognise and celebrate our diverse team as pivotal to our strong employee engagement and our high-performing culture, underpinned by Our Values.
