Senior Project Manager

JASARA PMC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing projects of various scales and complexities. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of assigned projects, ensuring successful delivery on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards
• Experience in the project delivery of mixed-use areas which have guest experience zones, spectator zones and F & B etc.
• Experience in the OSE zones for which the design is ongoing and early works are required to interface with track works.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
• Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify and address any issues or risks that may arise
• Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and providing accurate financial reports
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management and key stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the civil engineering industry
• PMP certification or equivalent is strongly preferred
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
