Senior Project Manager

Manage and execute defined transfer and conversion projects and sub-projects to achieve strategic project objectives: Scope, Budget and Time to project completion.

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Manage and execute defined transfer and conversion projects and sub-projects to achieve strategic project objectives: Scope, Budget and Time to project completion.
• Manage medium to large project teams with members outside the direct working environment to structure the project organization and define clear roles & responsibilities as well as the relevant interfaces.
• Coordinate and prepare Transfer and Conversion projects based on technical feasibility, product volume forecast in close alignment with the transfer portfolio management, division, technology experts and capacity planning.
• Coordinate the required subprojects of frontend technology transfer, test enabling, front-end-back-end interaction, backend readiness and product qualification and release to ensure the ramp readiness of the receiving Fab.
• Organize reporting and meeting structure within the project; provide regular project status, appropriate and timely escalation of critical topics.
• Coordinate and prepare Change Requests for the projects.

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry or Physics or a comparable qualification.
• More than 6 years of experience in the semiconductor industry with 4 years of experience in leading projects.
• Project Management skills (professional certification is an advantage).
• Experience of leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Willingness to travel internationally from time to time, mainly to our locations in Europe and Asia.
• Excellent English language presentation skills.
