Senior Project Manager

Greenvolt Power is our segment dedicated to the Development & Construction of utility-scale solar and wind projects. We value local expertise and empower our partners, counting already with business presence in over 14 countries (Europe & North America).

The Senior Project Manager  will often manage multiple projects at different development stage, from licensing process to handover to final client. Manage a healthy relationship with project stakeholders like clients, subcontractors, etc.. 

Reviews regular progress reports and makes staffing, financial, or other adjustments to align the developing project with broader outcome goals. 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Monitor, administer and control assigned Greenfield and Co-development activities. 

• Verify and validate land leases. 

• Manage the activities necessary to incorporate the Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs). 

• Verify and validate design choices. 

• Monitor, administer and control Service and/or Co-development contracts. 

• Preparation of monthly reporting. 

• Administration and control of Budgets. 

• Supporting M&A activities. 

• Ongoing coordination with Procurement and Construction functions. 

• Verify and validate additions to filed Projects when requested by authorizing bodies. 

• Attend Conferences of Services organized by the authorizing bodies. 

• Complete the handover to the business functions prepared for the construction, i.e., sale, of the authorized plant. 

• Ensure all that is necessary for the safe and quality development of the entrusted line of Business. 

Requirements

• University Degree in Engineering 
• 7+ years of experience in similar roles 
• Knowledge of the energy market 

• Construction Project Management 
• Positive Leadership 

• Adaptability and Proactivity 
• Fluency in English is mandatory
