Job Title: Senior Project Manager                         

Primary Skill: cloud-based data solutions (Azure/AWS/GCP), Databricks

Secondary Skill: Data Lakehouse architecture, ETL pipelines, and ML workflows

Location: Hyderabad                                        

Educational Qualification: B.Tech/BE/M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc

YOE: 10+ yrs

 

 

Job Description:

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the full lifecycle of the Databricks implementation program—from initiation through delivery and transition to operations
• Define program roadmap, success metrics, and governance structure in alignment with client objectives
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including data engineers, architects, cloud specialists, and client stakeholders
• Manage risks, dependencies, and change controls across multiple workstreams
• Ensure compliance with enterprise data governance, security, and regulatory requirements
• Drive stakeholder engagement through regular steering committee updates, executive reporting, and issue resolution
• Champion agile delivery practices and continuous improvement across the program

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of program/project management experience in enterprise IT or data platforms
• Proven track record delivering cloud-based data solutions (Azure/AWS/GCP) with Databricks
• Understanding of data Lakehouse architecture, ETL pipelines, and ML workflows
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification preferred
• Experience working in client-facing roles
