Mart Business Team is under the Business Strategy & Operation in On-Demand Service division. Our main responsibility is, but not limited to, operating end-to-end processes to help small merchants grow through strategic initiatives and special projects. The team mainly focuses on the Mart service.

We are looking for an experienced Project & Operation Specialist to lead LINE MAN Wongnai. In collaboration with the Operations, Acquisitions, and Marketing teams, you will strategize and implement merchant growth initiatives and operational projects, validated through experiments and data-driven insights. You will bring your expertise and skills to tackle the challenges that impact millions of people on our journey to becoming Thailand's leading Mart and on-demand commerce platform.

What you’ll Do:

• Category performance management and implementation
• Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams for an implementation with an end-to-end process both short and long term growth
• Measure impacts, understanding efficiency and effectiveness for policy enhancement
• Execute analytical experiments to measure the impacts and prove the hypothesis before forming the actions

What you’ll Need:

• 3+ years of experience in Economics, Business Administration or other related fields.
• Good understanding of statistics and data, and the ability to implement this understanding in complex business situations.
• Strong in data analysis, at least via Excel
• Ability to take initiative and drive impacts in a constantly changing work environment and fast-growing industry
• Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and acquire merchant partners
