Senior Project Director - Road/Tunnel/Heavy Civils

JASARA is a joint venture between Aramco, Jacobs, and the Public Investment Fund, established in 2017 to become a leading program management company in Saudi Arabia and the MENA region. Operating in the management consulting space with a strong focus on infrastructure delivery, JASARA supports major programs that help shape large-scale development across the region.

This role offers the opportunity to lead complex road, tunnel, and heavy civil infrastructure programs with broad organizational impact. As Senior Project Director, you will provide leadership across major portfolios, working closely with internal teams, external partners, and senior stakeholders to drive delivery, performance, and strategic alignment across high-profile projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of major road, tunnel, and heavy civil infrastructure programs.
• Oversee multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholder coordination.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, risks, and executive-level reporting.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements across projects.
• Drive strategic planning and performance across complex infrastructure portfolios.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• Experience managing large multidisciplinary teams and working with government authorities, client executives, consultants, and contractors.
• Proven experience overseeing project budgets, schedules, risks, and contract performance.

Preferred Qualifications

• 15+ years leading major road, tunnel, or heavy civil infrastructure projects.
• Master's degree in civil engineering.
• PMP certification.
