This individual leverages strong program area expertise, fosters collaboration across functions and leads a program team to achieve their goals. They are responsible for developing and managing program plans, mitigating risks, adapting to changing circumstances and ensuring measurable results.

  • <point>Developing data-driven driver profiles to tailor onboarding journeys and ensure new drivers receive the support most relevant to their needs.</point>

  • <point>Defining and maintaining best practices for onboarding content and materials, ensuring clarity, consistency, and effectiveness at scale.</point>

  • <point>Identifying opportunities to improve the product experience for new drivers and provide prioritised, data-backed recommendations to product teams.</point>

  • <point>Designing, testing, and scaling proactive support initiatives to help new drivers succeed from day one.</point>
