Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and talented Senior Production Manager to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all sterile production activities and ensure manufacturing targets are achieved.
• Develop and execute production plans aligned with demand and capacity requirements.
• Optimize productivity, reduce downtime, and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, ISO, and internal quality requirements.
• Manage departmental budgets and control operational costs, along with Identifying opportunities for productivity and cost improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences.
• An MBA is preferred.
• 15+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with at least 5 years in sterile production operations.
• 3+ years in a managerial leadership role.
