Senior Product Manager

General Objective:

We are looking for someone to oversee the implementation and operation of a new on-premise tool acquired to meet AML regulatory requirements in the SbO account opening process.
This person will be responsible for ensuring the tool functions properly after its implementation.

Job Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the vision and roadmap for initiatives, ensuring alignment with business strategy and user value proposition. 

• Lead the end-to-end implementation, coordinating with engineering, data, compliance, marketing, and external partners to ensure successful delivery. 

• Identify market opportunities, analyze competition, and propose improvements to enhance the overall product experience and adoption. 

• Drive the growth and adoption of the product by creating and executing strategies that increase user activation, engagement, and retention. 

• Monitor product KPIs and ensure data-driven decision-making across initiatives. 

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions. 

• Prepare and present product updates, reports, and results to senior leadership and stakeholders. 

• Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement within the team. 

Profile Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the fintech or digital product sector. 

• Experience with platforms or systems for fraud prevention, AML compliance, and risk monitoring in financial transactions, is a strong plus. 

• Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with compliance, legal, data, and marketing. 

• Strong analytical skills and experience working with KPIs and product metrics. 

• Demonstrated capabilities: ownership of complex initiatives, leadership without direct authority, strategic thinking, and mentoring team members. 

• Proven track record of delivering complex product initiatives with measurable impact. 

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. 

• Experience working with agile methodologies, backlog management, and product planning tools. 

• Ability to work under minimal supervision and manage multiple projects in parallel while meeting tight deadlines.
