True design leader

Great cross-functional communicator

Leadership experience in Design for the consumer market

Experience building and deploying prototypes

Start-up experience

Exposure to AI product

B2B and B2C experience

Experience with growing a teams and functions

Design capability; UI, UX, interaction, flows, hierarchies, layout, navigation, shape, colour, typography, iconography, copy, brand integration, wire-framing

Designing systems that can scale and be built upon

4+ years experience

Building product from scratch singlehandedly

Legal/technology intersection

Great communication style with the wider team

Conducting research, speaking to users/clients to gather vital feedback

Comfortable with all levels of varied design tasks

Good eye for detail

Localisation

Ability to lead by example to help out your fellow teammates

Experience with: Sketch, InVision, Adobe creative suite, InDesign and Figma

Experience coding: HTML, JavaScript and CSS

A degree in/focused on Design

Fluent/Native level Norwegian or Swedish speaker
