Senior Product Builder

Streem Energy builds a SaaS platform helping energy players operate renewable assets across Europe: producers, aggregators and suppliers.

Our software sits at the intersection of renewable energy generation, European power markets, and complex operational workflows. We combine strong engineering, data/AI, and deep energy-market expertise to turn real-world signals and constraints into actionable decisions.

Streem Energy builds SaaS software to help renewable energy players manage complex operations: data flows, contracts, customer onboarding, reporting, business workflows, automation, and data quality.

We are looking for a Senior Product Builder to join the Product team and own some of the most challenging product problems across our platform.

At Streem, Product Builders are first and foremost excellent engineers. They own problems end to end: understanding customer needs, designing simple and scalable solutions, building them with high engineering standards, validating them with users, and continuously improving them.

As a Senior Product Builder, you will combine strong software engineering with product thinking. You will help shape both the product and the way we build it, transforming complex business problems into reusable product concepts backed by robust, maintainable and scalable engineering.

This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and the renewable energy business. You will work on topics such as renewable asset operations, market mechanisms, contracts, pricing, batteries, forecasting, regulations, workflows, and data.

The scope is intentionally broad. Product, architecture, AI, data, workflows and user experience are all part of the job.

We are looking for someone who enjoys understanding complex systems, simplifying them, and taking ownership from idea to production.

You will work on

• Owning the design, delivery and continuous evolution of strategic product initiatives.

• Turning complex customer problems into simple, reusable product concepts.

• Designing scalable product and technical architectures.

• Building high-quality features from concept to production.

• Working closely with Product Managers to challenge ideas and refine solutions.

• Making product and technical decisions within your scope.

• Building reusable abstractions and reducing coupling across the platform.

• Delivering incrementally and continuously improving shipped features.

• Using AI to accelerate product development.

• Continuously deepening your understanding of renewable energy markets.

Recruitment process:

• Technical Test with the Head of Engineering

• 2 calls with other members of the team (among PM/CTO/Dev/CEO)

• Final Team meeting to see the fit

Compensation (from employer):
60000 – 85000 EUR (YEARLY)
