The Crown Is Yours

As a Senior Procurement Analyst supporting Technology & Product, you'll provide analytical, sourcing, and operational support across DraftKings' technology supplier portfolio. By bringing analytical rigor, organization, and curiosity to the role, you'll help improve procurement efficiency, technology-spend visibility, and business outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Support sourcing and procurement activities across enterprise software, SaaS, cloud and infrastructure, hardware, telecom, data, AI, developer tools, cybersecurity, and technology services.

  • Perform spend, pricing, utilization, supplier, and financial analyses to identify trends, renewal risks, optimization opportunities, and actionable insights.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports covering technology spend, sourcing pipeline, savings, supplier performance, contract utilization, consumption, and renewals.

  • Support RFx processes, coordinating supplier communications, analyzing proposals, and assisting with supplier evaluations.

  • Assist with commercial analysis, benchmarking, business cases, supplier due diligence, and contract negotiations.

  • Maintain accurate supplier, contract, licensing, renewal, and procurement data across relevant systems and documentation.

  • Partner with Finance and Technology stakeholders to support budgeting, forecasting, demand planning, license optimization, and procurement planning.

  • Support supplier onboarding, Information Security and Privacy reviews, automation, AI-enabled initiatives, and process improvements that increase efficiency and strengthen data quality.

What You'll Bring

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, finance, technology operations, supply chain, data analytics, or a related function.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret pricing, spend, utilization, and supplier data using Microsoft Excel and reporting or data visualization tools.

  • An interest in technology commercial models, including software as a service (SaaS), cloud services, enterprise licensing, artificial intelligence, data, and professional services.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across Procurement, Finance, Technology, and supplier teams.

  • Experience supporting technology sourcing, software renewals, contract administration, or supplier management is a plus.
