  • Develop and present preliminary project schedules aligned with PROCSA and RIBA stage definitions. (Primavera P6/Ms Project)
  • Produce tender & bid schedules to support new business acquisition (Primavera P6/MS Projects)
  • Interpret RFP and tender documentation to extract scheduling & delivery requirements
  • Collaborate with business development, project managers & cost planning teams to align bid timelines.
  • Support interviews and presentations to clients as the planning expert on bid teams.
  • Develop & maintain baseline and working construction schedules (Primavera P6/MS Projects)
  • Conduct schedule audits and integrity checks
  • Perform critical path and float analysis, progress updates and schedule performance reviews.
  • Work closely with client project teams, contractors and consultants to ensure schedule alignment.
  • Support Extension of Time (EOT) claims through forensic delay analysis.
  • Prepare dashboards and reports for client presentations and project reviews.
  • Attend and contribute to planning and progress meetings.
  • Assist with risk analysis and what-if scenario planning
  • Apply Industry best practices, including DCMA 14-point checks and Acumen Fuse analysis.
  • Currently a Planner/Senior Planner with consultancy, contractor and/or client-side experience minimum of 8 - 10 years
  • Strong understanding of PROCSA (South Africa) and RIBA (UK) stages
  • Skilled in Primavera P6 & MS Project
  • Familiarity with tendering procedures in public & developer- led projects
  • Excellent communication, report writing and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) and schedule control principles
  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) systems and schedule performance metrics
  • Knowledge of FIDIC, JBCC and NEC contracts
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment with multiple concurrent bids
    • Experience with Acumen Fuse, Power BI, or similar schedule analytics tools
    • Forensic delay analysis experience (TIA, IAP, Collapsed As built)
    • Exposure to 4D scheduling tools (e.g. Asta power project & Navisworks)
