Apply to this jobWe are looking for an experienced, data-driven Senior Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to own and scale our paid social acquisition efforts. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimising high-performing campaigns across multiple social media platforms while ensuring accurate tracking, attribution, and continuous performance improvement.

What you'll do:
- End-to-End Campaign Management
From briefing through build, ongoing optimisation, and final reporting. You carry full responsibility for all White Label campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit and LinkedIn. - Primary Contact for White Label Clients
You build strong, lasting client relationships, proactively identify growth opportunities, and develop upsell potential within the portfolio, contributing directly to revenue growth. - Full-Funnel Strategy & A/B Testing
You develop cross-channel performance strategies across the entire funnel, running structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages to continuously improve efficiency. - Prospecting & Retargeting
You plan and execute both prospecting and retargeting campaigns, with a solid understanding of audience segmentation, attribution models, and conversion optimisation. - Tracking Implementation & Technical Troubleshooting
You own pixel and tag setups (Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, TikTok Pixel, Snapchat Pixel, Reddit Pixel), Conversion API configurations including server-side tracking, and data consistency across all platforms, resolving technical issues independently. - Budget Management & Platform Strategy
You translate client briefs into tailored platform strategies, managing budget allocation and pacing to maximise performance outcomes. You analyse key KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, Conversion Rate, and Customer Lifetime Value. - Insight-Driven Reporting in German & English
Clear, client-centred performance reports, precisely written, with concrete recommendations, tailored to the information needs of each enterprise client. Experience with BI tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus. - Cross-Functional Collaboration
Close alignment with Activation, CSM Hub, Finance, Creative, Content, and CRM teams for seamless delivery. You are the coordinating link between all stakeholders.
What you need for this role:
- 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, demonstrably across multiple platforms
- Proven e-commerce performance marketing experience
- Fluent in German and English, written and spoken, essential for enterprise clients in Austria
- Deep hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads Manager, and Reddit Ads
- Technical proficiency: pixel/tag setup, Conversion API, server-side tracking, GA4, Google Tag Manager, you solve tracking issues independently
- Solid understanding of attribution models, event implementation, and conversion measurement
- Experience with both prospecting and retargeting campaigns; LinkedIn B2B experience is a plus
- Analytical mindset: you read data, spot patterns, and distil them into clear, actionable recommendations
- Structured and self-sufficient, managing multiple accounts and deadlines in parallel without close supervision
- Familiarity with BI and reporting tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
- Basic SQL and/or JavaScript knowledge is a plus
- Experience with product feeds, catalog management, or marketing automation is a plus
