Job Summary: 

We are seeking a passionate and talented Senior People and Culture Specialist to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with goals; advise on workforce, talent, and succession planning.
  • Hire top talent and drive retention strategies to boost satisfaction and reduce turnover; conduct exit interviews and share insights.
  • Serve as primary contact for employee inquiries, resolving issues swiftly and effectively.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity.
  • Guide managers on employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Support performance management aligned to business objectives; coach managers and employees to build capabilities.
  • Identify training needs and collaborate with L&D on targeted development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and regulations; lead or contribute to cross‑functional HR projects aligned with EVA Pharma’s goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.
  • 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a business partnering role.
  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is advantageous.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
