Senior PDE Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• YE lots analysis
  • Lead YE lot analysis including reconstructing FID for traceability, statistic comparison for different group
• Yield modelling / pareto benchmarking
  • Identify actionable opportunities from YE lots
  • Develop and improve Yield Models for HBM
  • Periodically improve models based on actual performance
• BKM Deployment
  • Develop BKM’s for YE and drive implementation
  • Identify/align BKMs and monitor implementation
  • Works with different teams in the identification of KPIs

Communication

• Effective communication skills in verbal/written.
• Self-motivated. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to travel as required to support department and company objectives.

Qualification :

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or related fields.
• Strong understanding and knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and technologies.
• Proficiency in statistical/machine learning and statistical techniques skills will be additional advantageous;
• Experience in MRDA will be a plus
• Proven ability to make decisions, multi-task, and troubleshoot problems and address root causes.
• Exhibit critical thinking to identify opportunities.
• PhD/Masters/Bachelors in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
