We are seeking an experienced Senior Partnerships Manager who will play a pivotal role in propelling the growth and success of our innovative solutions by developing and managing strategic partnerships. This role requires a deep understanding of the IT/Software landscape, a strong technical background, and a proven track record in B2B partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships that align with our company’s ambitious goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with key partners.
  • Use your technical expertise to understand partner needs and guide them in integrating our products seamlessly.
  • Drive growth by identifying new market opportunities and expanding our reach.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing to create joint go-to-market strategies and campaigns.
  • Generate and distribute leads to fuel our sales engine.
  • Oversee the entire partner relationship lifecycle, ensuring ongoing support and performance evaluation.
  • Keep a close eye on partnership performance, ensuring they meet objectives and KPIs.
  • Lead negotiations and manage contracts, securing favorable terms and ensuring compliance.
  • Ensure all partnership agreements are meticulously documented and maintained.

Requirements

What you have

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role within the IT/Software B2B sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing strategic partnerships.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical/IT concepts.
  • Experience with SaaS solutions and integration with various IT systems.
  • Understanding of DataBase technologies and SQL.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English, with top-notch communication skills.
