egional Partnerships Enablement Specialist plays an important role in driving enablement, certification and deepening engagement with our strategic partners in Regions. This role acts as the primary interface between our product teams and partner ecosystem, ensuring our partners are continuously enabled, informed, and excited about new solutions, capabilities, and opportunities.
The role mission is to proactively identify mutual growth opportunities, translate product developments into compelling partner use cases, and build scalable strategies for joint success. The goal of the role is to have our partner on top of latest developments and updates coming from Infobip.
Key Responsibilities:
· Partner Engagement & Enablement
o Serve as the strategic liaison for key partners on product innovation and solution development.
o Conduct regular partner briefings and enablement sessions on new products, features, and capabilities. Focus will be more on business aspect of enablement while technical enablement will be done by current Partner Developer Manager
o Ensure partners are equipped to position and deliver value to their customers using our evolving platform.
· Use Case Development & Sharing
o Identify and co-create high-impact use cases that align with partner business objectives. Align partners with Infobip product portfolio and map high impact partners
o Document and share successful use cases and success stories to inspire broader partner adoption.
o Actively promote successful cases of innovative partner solutions within the ecosystem. Bridge the innovation gap between global partners and partners in Region. Share and inform on successful projects, use cases and integrations.
· Proactive Product Communication
o Work closely with Product, Marketing, PSE and Partner teams to ensure timely, clear communication of product roadmaps and new releases.
o Translate technical updates into partner-relevant narratives and actionable insights.
· Strategic Outreach
o Initiate and lead outreach campaigns to introduce new products or capabilities to strategic partners.
o Foster early-stage co-innovation opportunities with select partners aligned to roadmap priorities.
