Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team at ABC Center. The Senior OT Therapist will be responsible for providing advanced assessment, diagnosis, and therapy services to individuals with various occupational challenges. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and expertise in a wide range of occupational therapy techniques and interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of individuals' occupational skills and abilities.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client goals.
• Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to address clients' needs and facilitate skill development.
• Monitor and regularly reassess clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and integrated care.
• Provide supervision, guidance, and mentorship to junior occupational therapists and support staff.
• Stay updated with current research and advancements in the field of occupational therapy.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of client sessions, progress, and outcomes.
• Adhere to professional and ethical standards in all aspects of practice.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Valid license or certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Expertise in assessing and treating a variety of occupational challenges and disorders.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to provide supervision and mentorship to junior therapists.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Language English and Arabic
