Senior (or Lead) QA Engineer

Requirement profile:

Formal education: B.E. / B. Tech with minimum 8 years’ experience  

Professional experience: Proven experience and references in using the technologies in a real-world production environment for at least a year

Should possess very good knowledge in the areas of:

• Test Automation Expertise: Solid experience with Eggplant or similar tools, and the ability to design, implement, and maintain automated test suites.
• Manual Testing Skills: Ability to perform exploratory and structured manual tests when automation is not feasible.
• Platform Versatility: Experience testing across mobile apps (Android & iOS), Windows tools, and production systems.
• Test Planning & Execution: Ability to create detailed test plans, execute integration tests, and support release testing.
• Test Case Design: Strong skills in writing clear, structured, and reusable test cases that cover functional, regression, and edge scenarios.
• DevOps Collaboration: Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines and working with DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI).
• Interface Knowledge: Familiarity with Modbus and BLE protocols, and experience testing communication between devices and systems.
• Quality Mindset: A strong focus on reliability, usability, and performance in every test you design.
• Problem Solving: Analytical thinking and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
