Job Description

• Handle pre and post processing of trade documents and applications received
• Perform document imaging and signature verification
• Process Letters of Credit advising and prepare related documents for signing and endorsement
• Manage the release and dispatch of documents through counter services or courier arrangements
• Coordinate and handle enquiries from clients and internal stakeholders
• Maintain systematic and well-organized filing of completed transactions
• Ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned

Requirements

• HKDSE / HKCEE graduates or above
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in trade operations or related field
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to accuracy and details
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
