Job description

What you'll do:

  • You'll monitor fund asset and liability flows, cash management, valuation checks, and performance calculations whilst overseeing accounting production and financial statement preparation
  • You'll manage investment vehicle flows in coordination with investment teams and stakeholders, including custodians, lawyers, and auditors
  • You'll administer investor relations activities, including reporting, capital calls, and supervision of regulatory filings and KYC-AML procedures
  • You'll provide financial controller support at client sites and assist during fundraising phases as required
  • You'll collaborate closely with clients and external partners (law firms, investment banks, fundraisers) to deliver high-quality service and meet project deadlines
