The Job

• Support annual business planning activities, ongoing business development programs and performance tracking

• To gather and analyze business and market information for management to support formulation of sales strategy and conduct business review

• Responsible for generating and coordinating routine reports, presentation decks and related materials on channel’s performances that to be presented to senior management / Group office for timely business decision making

• Participate in various initiatives/projects to achieve business goals and support the roll out of strategic initiatives to agency force

• Supporting to handle the request from Risk/Compliance/Internal Audit team on routine reporting and record updating

• Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned

The Person

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, insurance or related disciplines

• 3 - 5 years’ experience in insurance industry and with background in life agency management or audit experience in financial services industry is an advantage

• Strong communication skills with confidence to liaise with all levels including top management and across different functions

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
