Senior Occupational Therapist - Independent Living Service

Liquid Personnel is recruiting Senior Occupational Therapist for its client's Independent Living Service Team at North Lincolnshire.
We’re currently recruiting for a Senior Occupational Therapist to join an Independent Living Service in North Lincolnshire. This is a great opportunity to take on a senior-level role supporting complex cases, mentoring staff, and contributing to service development.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Manage a caseload of complex assessments
• Provide advice on moving & handling and equipment
• Support and mentor junior staff and colleagues
• Contribute to service improvements and best practice
• Work closely with health, social care, and external partners
• Support the Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG) process

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have, 

• HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
• Experience working in adult social care / community settings
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Care Act
  • Mental Capacity Act / DoLS
  • Safeguarding
• Experience with complex case work and multidisciplinary teams
• Confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills
